My name is Usagi Tsukino! The resident sailor-suited beauty at Azabu Middle School! Though no one calls me that but me! (Laughs)
I’m late! I’m late! Ah, Luna! If you lay there I might step on your head, ow ow ow! Luna, it was a mistake! My life is always so hectic! Oh shoot! I forgot my homework! Oh no! I forgot my bag altogether! Well, whatever, I’ve got my lunch box, so I’m sure it’ll all be fine! (Laughs)
But the real side of me comes out when I transform into Sailor Moon, a whirlwind of heroism! While God, Buddha, and good table manners may excuse evildoers, I will not!
The sailor-suited soldier of love and justice, Sailor Moon! In the name of the moon, I will punish you!
Poem
Your wrist watch is ticking behind my ear. The strength of your arms still, to this day, sets my heart aflutter. Do you suppose that the two of us being together like this is what they call fate? Could the way our eyes meet be called destiny? My heart soars like the crescent moon making its way across the sky’s edge. I understood it all. Yes, I understood everything. To meet my one special someone so early in the long long time that is my life, there’s no one other than you I would love! But when you say, “I’m glad to meet you,” don’t wear such a serious face. It’s as if you’re saying goodbye, and it makes me sad. I’m still a crybaby, a weakling and small. But only you realize that I really do try my hardest. That’s how I feel. Even if it’s hard, or sad, I don’t care anymore. I’ve met you, my one special someone, and there’s no one else I would love. My heart soars like the crescent moon making its way across the sky’s edge. I understood it all. Yes, I understood it all.
